About Kellie James, NP

Kellie James is a nurse practitioner with extensive experience in the field of Urogynecology. She worked at Urogynecology of Kansas City from 2018 to 2021 where she quickly developed a passion for women’s pelvic floor health and the conditions that so commonly have a significant impact on quality of life. She moved to the east coast to be close to family in 2021 where she continued to work in the field at Inova and WellSpan. She moved back to Kansas City in 2025 and we are excited to have her rejoin the practice.

She is skilled in the evaluation and treatment of conditions such as pelvic organ prolapse, urinary and fecal incontinence, and abnormalities of the urogenital tract. She aims to provide compassionate, holistic and collaborative patient care with a specific goal of educating patients on their conditions and treatment options to determine the best treatment plan for each patient as an individual.

Outside the office, Kellie enjoys spending time with her family, friends and three dogs; trying new restaurants or recipes; enjoying the great outdoors; and traveling anywhere and everywhere.
