Jami Chambers

Practice Manager/Cosmetic Procedure Coordinator

Jami Chambers has been with the practice since its inception in 2013. With over 20 years of experience in women’s health care, she has held various positions. Jami enjoys overseeing the practice and collaborating with our providers and staff to ensure a positive experience for both patients and the team. When Dr. Nosti began offering labiaplasty procedures in the office, Jami discovered her true passion for working one-on-one with these patients and watching them regain their confidence. In her free time, Jami enjoys reading, paddleboarding, and cheering on her twin daughters in various sports.

Tina Sullivan

Billing Supervisor

Tina is the billing supervisor for Urogynecology of Kansas City. She has over 25 years of experience in the medical field and is an excellent resource for patients as they navigate the insurance system. She enjoys working with patients to ensure all billing is clarified. In her spare time, Tina loves spending time with family and friends, cooking, KC Chiefs, KU basketball and watching her daughter cheer at football games.

Abigail Dawson

Abigail has worked in healthcare for the past eight years, beginning in the ER and building a strong foundation of experience and compassion. Abigail enjoys bringing positivity and kindness to every interaction, ensuring each patient feels heard and cared for. Outside of work, she enjoys organizing, crafting, and all things pink. Abigail loves spending time with her family- her three sisters are her best friends- and is excited to welcome her first child and begin a family of her own.

Hannah Vaughn

Hannah joined our team in December 2024 and brings with her 13 years of experience in healthcare. Before joining us, she worked as a secretary in a cardiologist’s office, where she developed a strong background in patient care and medical administration. Outside of work, Hannah and her husband stay busy with their three children, a dog, and a cat. On weekends, they love discovering new restaurants, exploring local parks, and traveling together.

Lupe Rosales

Lupe “Lu” Rosales (they/them) is part of our clinical staff here at Urogynecology of KC. They have over 5 years of experience working in community healthcare, mental health support, and reproductive care. Off the clock, Lu likes to spend time adding books to their massive collection, go on hikes with their wife, Erin, and dog, Zelda, and spend time with their friends and loved ones.

Krystal Cerritos

Krystle has worked in health care for 17yrs most of those years she worked as an Medical Assistant. She is married with a blended family 1 son, 1 daughter and 1 stepson and her fur baby. Krystle loves to spend her free time with her family when she can traveling, enjoying new coffee shops and creating as many memories as she can with her loved ones. Hobbies include crafting, baking, watching her kids play sports.

Leah Barber

Hi my name is Leah and I’m currently a medical assistant and fill-in front desk associate at Urogynecology of Kansas City, LLC. I have close to four years experience in the medical field and enjoy learning/ experiencing new things every day. I previously worked in Pediatrics and enjoyed that as well. I love to paint, draw and do creative projects in my spare time. I also love a good movie or tv show. Horror is my favorite genre. I also love animals and hope to have 4-5 dogs some day. I recently turned 30 years old and I’m looking forward to what this new decade has in store for me.

Sage

Sage (they/them) is a part of our clinical staff here at Urogynecology of KC. Prior to working in women’s healthcare for the last 4-5 years, they worked in veterinary care for about 5 years. In their spare time they enjoy spending time with their 2 dogs Mucha and Beo, crafting/hands-on projects, and spending time with friends.

Skyler Lucas

Bringing a degree in human sexuality and a background in reproductive healthcare Skyler joined the practice in June 2023 and in 2024 took on the role of Lead Patient Care Coordinator. Outside of the office Skyler enjoys a slew of different things such as traveling, hiking, reading, drawing and board game nights with friends. But most of all, Skyler loves arriving home after a long day to get some cuddles from his sweet tuxedo colored cat named Melba!

Yumna Wasti

I am a medical doctor, now pursuing a career in healthcare administration. My clinical background has equipped me with a deep understanding of electronic health systems and a patient centered approach grounded in empathy and active listening. Beyond my professional life, I enjoy painting and spending time with my parrot.

Maelee Williams

MaeLee has worked in health care for close to 25years, most her career has been spent in OB/GYN and Mental Health. She coached competitive gymnastics for close to 20yrs and judged for 5years. She is married, has two dogs, two granddaughters and a new grandson. The greatest accomplishment to date is having had four of her six children graduated from college! In her spare time, she works at Children’s Mercy, kayaks with friends, loves to cook), try new restaurants and travel.

Bry Garard

Bry got their bachelors in Health and Human Physiology and has been working in women’s health for the past 5 years and joined our team as a medical assistant in 2023. In their free time they enjoy crafting, being in nature, and spending time with loved ones. They have a pet leopard gecko named Henry and tons of plants that they love to take care of and tend to.

Aweeza Shahid

Aweeza is a dedicated doctor with over four years of experience in the medical field and a strong passion for delivering patient-centered care. She values teamwork and thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with colleagues to ensure every patient feels comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. Known for her warm and attentive approach, she believes that kindness and clear communication make a meaningful difference in the patient experience. Outside of work, Aweeza enjoys painting, cooking, and baking as creative outlets and she loves traveling too. Most of all, she cherishes spending quality time with her daughter and son and creating joyful, lasting memories with her family.
